Elite Penguin Force... Tubas? (Club Penguin)

Hi Guys.  Two Hours Ago Clubpenguin Had added a new Video about Tubas and the  Elite Penguin Force. Let see what is it about.

In the video you see Herbert. Here is a picture of a shadow of him.

When the shadow is leave the yellow penguins are Secret Agents! But why would they put Tubas? My believes are that they are going to make a Great Snow Race Video. Do you Agree? Let us know in your comment!
